What a privilege. Last night Kristin and I went to Benaroya to hear Frank Rich interview Stephen Sondheim. Dan Savage interviewed Rich for The Stranger a few days ago. I don't know who is more fascinating - Rich or Sondheim.

Where is the time going....
I keep meaning to blog - there's lots to blog about! But time just gets away. I have company for a few days, dearheart Matt DeLuca, here from New York, for Charlene and Courteney's wedding. I need to post a picture, but don't have one yet. So in the meantime, here's a picture of Cherese and Michael, outside of 71 Irving Place, NYC.
Founded in 1996, New York City's 71 Irving Place Coffee and Tea Bar occupies the ground floor of a historic Gramercy Park brownstone. Just a stones throw from the park, this cozy cafe serves fresh, farm roasted estate grown coffee from Irving Farm and has a full breakfast, lunch and light fare menu.
Next time you're in NYC, stop in - it's delightful.
